Immigration >Can i get deported with a drug paraphernalia charge?

I am in pretrial diversion for this charge which will get dropped after i complete the pretrial program. I been also arrested for driving with a suspended license but that one got dismissed by the state. I also have speeding tickets on my driving record, what are payed for but still on my driving record. Can I get deported? I am here for 5 years now, but when I got charged with the drug paraphernalia it was 4 years and 8 months. The arrest report i have is that i am guilty. Am I getting deported, I really am stressed, I have a baby boy who is a citizen here and I am married, and because of my stupid discissions I made it hard for us. please help me with what you know from friends or you went through it yourself. Or the right advice please.
