Everyone please read i need your help!!?

Okay everyone, I need your help. I recently got an underage and I got put on a diversion program and the week before I smoked weed...in the thing it says they do urinalysis's and I'm creaking out! Idk when I'm getting one or anything! I need the quickest most effective way to get it out of your system! Please help!
