Can i sue the police department for racial profiling?

Me and my friend both got arrested for possession of marijuana, we both said that everything was ours, and we both got arrested at the same time. We rode in the same cop car to the juvenile place and both sat in there for about 2 hours. Because of me getting arrested i got put on diversion and have 15 hours of community service, a drug counseling class, and had to go to an up in smoke class. My friend who was with me is in absolutely no trouble at all(im black and he's white) can i sue the police department for racial profiling? I know other (white) kids who have got arrested for the same thing but didnt have to do anything im doing right now. please help.
